A valid card may be required to secure your appointment. Drop in appointments are available depending on time but not always guaranteed. Booking an appointment is preferred. Please ensure all contact information is correct so you can receive confirmations, updates, text and email marketing, and waivers and consent forms are sent to the correct client. LATE POLICY - Each service is booked with an included 10 minute grace period. If you’re more than 10 minutes late without communication you’ll be asked to reschedule. You’ll be charged 50% of the service if you no call no show, or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. Please check your texts for appointment reminders, you get 3 before your scheduled time. Please schedule yourself accordingly. It’s encouraged to arrive 10 mins early to find parking during lunch/dinner rushes in the plaza, use the restroom and get yourself settled before the appointment begins. I prioritize everyone having the best experience and that starts with being punctual! HOW TO PREPARE - For Body Waxing - exfoliate 48 hours before your appointment, preferred 3x a week consistently. For Brazilians - Intimate Wipes and Tampons are provided in the restroom. Lash and Face Services - Arrive makeup free and without contact lenses. REFUNDS AND TOUCH UPS - All services are non refundable. Touch ups of any service are complimentary within 5 days of initial service - no exceptions. Please ask Lexie how to maintain your service as long as possible. Please inform us of: • Medications (especially antibiotics, Accutane, retinoids) • Skin conditions or sensitivities • Recent procedures We reserve the right to refuse service if it is not safe to proceed.
